4. Subscriptions & payment
Paid subscriptions unlock employer details, direct apply links, advanced filters, and member-only guides. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, copy, or republish listings; use the Service to send spam or unsolicited recruiting messages; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with the Service's security or availability; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
6. Employer & advertiser content
Where employers, recruiters, or advertisers submit content for inclusion, they warrant that they have the rights to do so and that the content is accurate. We reserve the right to remove any submission at our sole discretion.
7. Third-party links
Listings link to employer websites and third-party application portals. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Applying to a role takes you onto that employer's site under their terms.
8. Intellectual property
All editorial content, branding, and code on the Service belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may save listings for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings will be available, that employers will respond, or that visa applications will succeed. Information about visa programmes is editorial and is not legal or immigration advice — consult a qualified professional before making decisions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
